GLOBAL COMMERCIAL PRACTICES MANAGER
PROCESSING SYSTEMS

Would you like to take on the leadership of a new and exciting role within our Commercial Development team as Commercial Practices Manager? As Commercial Practices Manager you will work in close contact with your Cluster Network in order to establish:
- A global pricing & financing strategy to
deliver competitiveness & profitable growth and secure efficient cross border and cross functional collaboration
- Excellence in contract/credit risk management
- Strengthened commercial policies & processes in order to manage risk AND secure our commercial agility
You will report to the Commercial Development Director and be based in Lund. The position will require travelling about 25% of your time.
Main responsibilities
- Drive the global roll out of the new Business Critical Terms and secure Cluster alignment;
- Drive the global roll out of approved Equipment Financing solutions and secure Group Rules compliance;
- Drive the global roll out of the new Credit Management and Collection process and manage credit risk management;
- Develop and roll out a global pricing strategy to secure competitiveness & profitable growth as well as efficient cross
border/functional collaboration;
- Drive compliance with commercial policies AND secure commercial agility;
- Set up and Lead the commercial practices cluster network;
- Support the Clusters in dealing with contract terms and conditions for cross-border contracts and/or international customers;
Qualifications
You have a minimum of 15 years of experience, a comprehensive understanding of Tetra Pak business, products and competition.
Frontline sales experience is a plus. You have strong data/information analytical ability with good presentation skills. Expertise and/or understanding of commercial compliance and commercial contract terms and conditions are a must.
Finally, a strong ability to deal with ambiguities, make sound judgments, strong influence/people engagement skills, excellent collaboration and communication skills are prerequisites for this role.
