The Digital Services team in our Productivity Services organization is now looking for a Global Commercial Representative or as we call it Service Offer Owner Dig Assist, to drive, commercialize and deliver services for the Volvo CE Excavators.
In practice you will be able to help our customers to improve productivity, reduce CO2 emissions, increase quality and cost in their operation.

About the Role

Welcome to a dynamic opportunity where you play a pivotal role in providing excavator operator services globally. As the key driver of our commercial roadmap and service lifecycle, you will be the trusted advisor for our valued clients.

Your responsibilities include steering the commercial roadmap, influencing packaging, pricing strategies, and ensuring revenue capture to enhance the profitability of Volvo Construction Equipment. Collaboration with the marketing team will be second nature as you work together to launch activities that effectively communicate the value of our services.

This role is all about collaboration, where you'll engage with various functions and individuals. Daily interactions with technical Product Owners, integral members of cross-functional teams, will be essential for the developmental aspects of your work.

Key responsibilities:
* Build strong relationships with key customer stakeholders to drive adoption, satisfaction, and loyalty
* Set commercial roadmap/value propositions and packaging, business model and pricing
* Identify and understand customer issues or roadblocks, ensuring a smooth customer experience
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams, regions, markets, product and engineering, to drive customer success and satisfaction
* Conduct regular check-ins with customers to gather feedback and identify areas for improvement
* Develop and execute strategies to increase customer retention and expansion
* Analyze customer input to provide insights for product/service and business decisions


In the Digital Services team, your interaction with colleagues will contribute to creating a comprehensive ecosystem of services and solutions, it's about shaping a future of excellence and innovation in the world of construction services, contributing to building the world we want to in.


Qualifications and Skills:

* 2+ years of experience of commercial responsibility, account management, or related role
* Experience in pricing and/or commercial sale support 
* Excellent spoken and written English 
* Structured, analytical with a holistic mind-set to be able of critical thinking for problem-solving in a fast-paced environment
* We strongly value relevant experience in the area of construction and excavator machines, but we are open in considering candidates who demonstrate a strong enthusiasm and willingness to grow through learning
It is a merit to have a bachelor's degree in a relevant field
