Global Communication Business Partner

Internal Communication is one of our most important communication channels, and now we’re looking for someone to reinforce that global team. Once onboard, your home will be the Global Employee Engagement Team at SKF, which is part of the Corporate Communications Team. Our mission is to help grow the business by delivering consistent and engaging communication that strengthens the brand as well as the company culture. Key responsibilities
As Global Communication Business Partner you will create engaging content for global internal platforms (Intranet) for employee communication, including writing and editing of articles, selection of images and video material. You will identify global stories, select the right mix of stories & find the right angle of a story. Furthermore, you will:
• Comfortably run regular global editorial meetings to plan and schedule internal content
• Independently drive internal strategic communication initiatives, identify & develop strategic messages together with other departments
• Produce new video material & formats for internal usage
• Manage and monitor other internal social networks
• Coach internal stakeholders to use the right internal tools and channels
• Create content, such as articles or other internal corporate material, in a quick turnaround time, including writing, editing, and producing
Requirements
• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Journalism or equivalent
• Extensive experience in a global communications role
• Excellent writing and editing skills in English
• Experienced in editorial processes & strategic comms planning
• Well-experienced working with multiple stakeholders in an international and fast-paced environment
• Photography, videography and producing experience are beneficial, e.g., creation of digital events or editorial formats, such as internal videos or podcasts
• Willingness to develop new formats & creative ways of communicating to engage employees

Additional information for you
This position will be located in Gothenburg, Sweden.
You will report to Sabine Hergenröder, Manager of the Employee Engagement team, who is located in Gothenburg, Sweden.
