Global Communication Manager

About the role

Your responsibility is mainly to support growth in our offerings with focus on engineering and digital solutions. But also to drive attractiveness and consistency of the Semcon brand. Together with our communication team and sales organisation, you will manage planning, implementation and follow-up of communication activities - on a tactical as well as awareness level. It can relate to the latest AI solutions, new medtech innovations or smart products.

As Semcon is developing technology for several industries and markets, you will have a wide range of tasks and networks - with support of a lot of skills and energy from our team. We create most of our communication in-house and you will drive your area of responsibilities and have access to a flexible workplace. But most of all, be part of a great company and communication team.

Main responsibilities:

- Develop and manage communication plans for main offerings and markets
- Project lead of over-all branding and recruitment campaigns
- Manage production of tactical leads generating content


About you

- Positive and solution-oriented mindset with great drive
- Academic education in media/communication/marketing
- Expertise and experience from similar positions
- Structured and used to lead projects with many stakeholders
- Mix of strategic and operational skills, including text production
- Get energy from working in teams and networks
