KRY is a digital healthcare service enabling patients to meet and seek advice from healthcare professionals online. We’re on a mission to build better and more accessible healthcare by moving consultations online and by providing a service that gives patients the best possible health care experience, regardless of location.
We are looking for an Global Compensation and Benefits administrator to join our journey to become the number one healthcare provider in Europe. You will be responsible for coordination of comp & ben administration including external providers and make sure processes and systems are managed in an cost-efficient, digital and scalable way.
In this role, you will belong and work closely with the HR team and report to Head of HR. You will also collaborate with Finance and Legal Team and you will be the Point of Contact for all employees regarding their compensation and benefits.
What you will do:- Manage all employee compensation & benefits including administration and liaison with our external payroll agencies or providers for:
- Payroll
- Insurances
- Pension
- Wellness benefits
- Make sure our master data and payroll systems are always have up to date information, update for all joiners and leavers
- Structure our compensation and benefit processes globally and document in a structured way and continuously identify improvement opportunities
- Educate employees and be their first point of contact regarding our compensation packages globally
- Create and update Compensation & Benefit Summaries for each country and/or business area incl all policies, terms and contact details
- Identify new compensation & benefit ideas and processes to implement for us to attract top talent
- Support with benchmark of global compensation to HR Team, proactively supporting for recruiting, promotion and salary reviews
Who you are:- Experience from working with payroll and compensation & benefits in a global organization
- Well organized with strong attention to detail
- Analytical mindset and ability to draw conclusions independently
- Strong self-drive and eagerness to learn more
- Ability to build relationships on all levels in the organization
- Always looking for providing excellent support to business and colleagues.
- Excellent English and Swedish skills in writing and strong verbal skills in both languages
- Additional European languages are a plus
- Resident in Sweden, with valid work permit, able to relocate to Stockholm
