We in the ALPS Central Team lead change through others by knowledge, experience and inspiration. We are responsible for ALPS and LSS within Alfa Laval. This means that we develop the system, together with line of business, and support the implementation by teaching, coaching and by running projects or kaizen events.

To be successful you have a sharp ear to local needs and a capability of transforming these into ALPS “fit for purpose”. You are able to give hands-on support, coach and mentor but also challenge our Global Sales and Service/Business Unit/Product Group/Factory Management teams to reach next level of performance.

The position is based in Lund and travel days are estimated to about 50-70 days per year.

Who are you?

As a Global Continuous Improvement Manager you are a strong team-player but can also perform independently. To establish and maintain good networks you need to be service-minded and have strong communication skills with an open and friendly attitude.

You are organized and quality minded with a strategic mindset.

What you know

You have a University degree in Engineering, substantial Lean Six Sigma / ALPS experience and demonstrated change leadership skills. You have a pedagogical skill either documented in training experience or from a line manager position. LSS Black Belt education is an advantage.

Your background is either from line management or operations excellence with a minimum of 10 years working experience.

What’s in it for you?

We offer a challenging position in an open and friendly environment where we help each other to develop and create value. Your work will be implementing tools and methods which will directly help the business growth having a true impact on Alfa Laval’s future success.
