Global Customer Adaptation is now looking for a CA Development Manager./Change Manager. As a CA Development Manager/Change Manager you are responsible to lead process project and Continue Improvement initiatives which aim to improve CA processes within GTO.


Global Customer Adaptation is responsible for the global CA development roadmap and we also support sites with training and practice sharing. As a development manager the work will varies from process development, leading and participating to E2E improvement or being onsite to support the production units globally with expertize.


We are now looking for a person who has interest to take the next important step in the CA E2E journey. Develop CA wow within Quality Engineering responsibility whereof the main areas are CA design and Industrialization. But since Customer Adaptation is a global process E2E you will also interact with stakeholders and support development of CA processes E2E.


The role will improve CA engineering processes and lead global networks with the purpose to establish an efficient production process. It’s an advantage to have previous experience from engineering and leading networks or projects.


General:


Global CA is leading the global process development for GTO and the target is to harmonize and deliver efficient method and tools for CA main processes, Quotation, Documentation and Industrialisation process. The E2E development is done together with brands and CA stakeholders (AMT, GTP, GTT).


Right now we are looking for someone to join us as a key contributor in the journey of developing Customer Adaptation and work as a Change Manager. You will be part of CA Core team and work in an inspiring and energetic part of GTO.

Mission:


Improve Customer Adaptations performance by driving process development within QE processes. Work on CA engineering process, design the global standard and work to improve production performance related to Customer Adaptation.


Global Customer Adaptation Development Manager:


Responsibility
Contribute to strategic development of Customer Adaptation processes
Lead Process development project within engineering
Establish an efficient CA preparation process
Develop interaction between design and preparation
Support CA PDM evolution with engineering requirements

Competence Profile:
Experience from driving projects and/or change initiatives with multiple stakeholders. Familiar to PSM or PIT Handbook methods
Experience from Customer Adaptions or product development processes. Experience in Engineering processes (familiar to preparation wow in GTO)
Knowledge from business/process development or similar
Skilled in product documentation methods/tools,
Good in communication and a true teamwork spirit
