About this opportunity:
We are now recruiting a Global Demo Coordinator to align the global development and life cycle management of demos and proof points across Ericsson supporting both thought leadership and sales enablement efforts. This is a new position, hosted in GFMC but with a global responsibility.
As a Global Demo Coordinator, you will join a very strong team with a lot of experience in strategic marketing. The team’s current remit is to develop the Ericsson Mobility Report, run C-level meetings with customers, develop new thought leadership material and create stories for MWC and other events with the help of demos and proof points.
This new position will report to the head of CSP Strategic Marketing and contribute to the global M&C community.
What you will do:
• Cross company demo strategy and development planning with stakeholders across the Ericsson Experience centers, BA’s, MA/CU´s, GDS (Global Demo Solutions), GFMC and GFTL.
• Annual planning and delivery of multiple drops of demos and life cycle management process for demos (updates, extensions, removals).
• Demo development alignment with the Ericsson long term strategy and the CSP and Enterprise agenda work.
• Replication, scaling and documentation of demos including needed licensing agreements.
• Repository management (Digital Content Viewer, BrandHouse, Imagine Studio Interactive map, global demo master library)
• Global demo budget and prioritization of investments in demo development
• Secure partner and ecosystem involvement and inclusion in demos.
• Manage usage statistics and quarterly reporting based on interviews/surveys to analyze the needs for existing and new demos.
• Contribute as demo representative on project teams, designing and prioritizing activations & investments.
• Drive process improvements and ways of working.
The skills you bring:
• 10+ years’ experience working across a global B2B marketing organization in enterprise and/or technology sector.
• Excellent analytical capabilities to coordinate global demo activities and set business and experience requirements for technical demo development.
• Experience in briefing and leading creative agencies.
• Expert content, business, and Ericsson portfolio knowledge
• Compliance understanding
• Excellent capabilities and experience from engaging and working with stakeholders at all levels to optimize outcome.
• Experience of working in a Business Area and Market Area is a plus.
• University degree in Business / Marketing. At least a BA degree is required.
