Seco Tools is seeking a Global Development Accounts Professional in Sweden to support our Global Sales and Marketing organization, contributing to our sales transformation, focused on accelerating our growth and improving our profitability in a dedicated portfolio of Global and Strategic accounts.

The key roles and goals of the position are
Analyst, Planner & Controller (Business Planning): Put resources where most promising opportunities appear, achieve customer's potentials systematically according to our Seco's growth plans.
Project Support: Steer cross-functional projects on Development Accounts / Segments, increase quality and speed in our way of working.
Local & Global Coordinator: Create accountability and speed for holistic information flow across departments and countries, create and implement agreements and follow-up on contract requirements.
Representative & Negotiator: Improve relationship with our most important accounts by creation of long-term win-win contracts, provide the 'single point of contact' to headquarters of Global Development Accounts
Motivator & Collaborator: Empower the strategy to act in flexible teams across report lines and countries (swarming), improve teamwork as essential part of our way to success.

You report to our Manager for Global Development Accounts Europe. This role involves 50% travelling and the location is flexible within Sweden.
Your profile
You need a bachelor's degree in engineering, sales management, economics or comparable qualifications and experience, combined with at least five years of experience in business development, management, sales or other related fields. You have excellent skills in Sales & Marketing as well as in Project Management.
You’re open-minded and used to working in a multicultural environment. You take negotiation as an opportunity to build a long-term win-win relationship, following up on our long-term growth strategy with Global Development Accounts. You need proficient skills in English language, additional European languages are appreciated such as Swedish.
Your personal qualities are characterized by being an analytical or strategical thinker, and you’re well organized and have a positive take charge attitude. You’re a team player with the ability to empower internal and external stakeholders to build up success stories together.
