About the role

We do this by driving our global Diversity and Inclusion agenda and supporting the acceptance and coordination of best practices across global functions and business areas.
In this position, you will be part of the Global TM team, focusing on driving the Diversity and Inclusion mandate, being responsible for the Electrolux Group D&I agenda, coordinating the D&I global activities, ensuring alignment between global, functional and business area’s D&I activities and creating relevant programs, tools and practices.
This position directly reports into the Global Talent & Performance Director.
Main key responsibilities are:
· Be a change agent and drive an inclusive and value-driven cultural development to secure all voices are heard
· Plan and coordinate the global diversity & inclusion team’s activities and priorities
· Refine and continue developing the global strategy together with business areas and group functions that will make the Electrolux group a leader, being attentive to all types of diversity\
· Coordinate the global tracking, analyzing and reporting of holistic Electrolux metrics to drive impact
· Develop the global D&I concepts that include the aspects of representation, belonging and fair treatment and inclusive leadership development, continuing to reinforce awareness in all employees and strengthening the leader role modelling of inclusive leadership
· Work closely with internal relevant peer teams around ethics, human rights, diversity & inclusion and others
· Listen and connect to the business areas and group functions needs, comprehending their scenarios
· Build solid networks internally and externally
You are the ideal candidate if you:
· Have a good understanding and proven experience in driving D&I activities/programs
· Have a strong business acumen, understanding how the business agenda drives people imperatives and future organizational needs
· Have proven skills working across country borders with the understanding and respect for cultural differences and experience of how to work in a complex multinational organization
· Have experience in data analysis for decision making and planning
· Have excellent communications and influencing skills with the ability to interact with all levels of the organization and proven track record in stakeholder management
· Have good level of storytelling ability
· Have experience on how to lead others and self with the right ambition and drive (energy)
· Have proven experience in excelling at cross-collaboration in all directions and aspects (openness), particularly with high quality collaboration between teams
· Have an agile and growth mindset to deliver innovatively in a very multinational environment
