In this role you will join ASSA ABLOY Entrance Systems where the Global E-business team is on exciting journey to strengthen our digital transformation and highlight data and analytics to drive business insights.
You will report to our Global Digital Platform Manager, and you will be part of a team who is characterized by being helpful, flexible, and easy going.
Our ideal candidate has a genuine interest in measuring performance of marketing efforts such as website traffic and supporting others in their campaign results evaluation. Someone who has a strong background in data analysis and enjoys being the go-to expert when it comes to everything from analytics tools to presenting results.
What will you do as our Global Digital Analytics Specialist?
As a Global Digital Analytics Specialist, you will support both global and local marketing managers with your expertise in digital marketing performance and analytics.
You will also:
Set KPIs, create framework for a measurement strategy and execution plan, as well as reporting statistics on how ASSA ABLOY Entrance Division perform in our main digital channels
Gather, analyse and report on marketing performance and digital marketing initiatives within the Entrance Systems division, globally
Own and maintain marketing performance and measurement tools in all digital channels (analytics suite, marketing automation tool(s) and search marketing tools) acting as a supporting function to global marketing colleagues as well as all local markets by supplying guidelines, training and access to the digital toolbox
Identify how our digital channels performs, provides insights to always strive for improvements and present the perfect combination of success and room for growth
Strategically plan and follow up on marketing initiatives with measurement plans and dashboards, presenting ideas to increase performance and help implement them as needed
The skills and experience you need
We are looking for someone who:
Has a minimum of 3years' experience in a similar role in a global company/context
Has an eye for detail and numbers to assist important business decisions by bringing facts to the table
Is a team player and enjoys collaborating as our digital projects often involve several stakeholders across the globe
Is well organized and has great interpersonal and social skills that brings energy to the table!
Is able to switch between planning and detail focused execution and validation, in a fast-moving international environment. Good project management skills are necessary to succeed in this role
