What you'll do
As Global Digital Analytics Specialist you'll get the opportunity to take an active part in building the framework on how we utilize digital data to improve our marketing and web performance. In detail it's about:

- Supporting the digital data collection by writing implementation requirements for both web and app, following up the implementation together with our analytics agency and our product team
- Setting up CRO ab testing using tools such as Google Optimize
- Having close contact with local markets to collect ab testing requirements
- Design, schedule, execute, analyze and report the experiment results in collaboration with the web analytics lead.
- Support the paid channels with conversion tracking (Google Ads, Facebook Advertising, etc.)
- Visualize and explain data insights to different stake holders.

- Professional working experience in web analytics regarding to data collection, visualization and analysis.
- A good understanding on CRO ab testing
- Being able to design, analyze and report the experiment results in collaboration with different teams
- Excellent and efficient communication skills, being able to translate complex issues into understandable language to different stakeholders
- Professional working proficiency in GTM, having a good understanding of variable, trigger, tag and dataLayer
- Good knowledge about web development (no coding skills needed)
