Global Digital Manager

We are now looking to recruit a Global Digital Manager for a temporary assignment, valid until May 2017, with one of our partners, Mölnlycke Health Care AB. The person holding the position today will go on maternity leave at the end of May 2016, and we are now seeking a digitally savvy and smart individual to join the global digital team and lead the development and rollout of digital tools globally.

Arbetsuppgifter

The Global Digital Manager’s main responsibilities is planning, project management and ensuring timely rollout of digital tools that meets the needs of the global sales force and end customers. You will work closely with teams in marketing, sales, IT and external agencies to identify needs and drive innovative solutions aligned with the business strategy. You will also measure, analyze, recommend and implement improvements to existing digital tools to ensure high quality and increased usage of tools. The Global Digital Manager will also ensure that incidents, changes and functionality improvements are addressed in a timely manner through our support process in collaboration with IT.


Utbildning/erfarenhet

Skills/capabilities:
• Experience in project management and successful delivery of digital assets
• High proficiency in English, both writing and verbal skills
• Understanding of B2B sales process and usage of CLM/CRM tools
• Hands-on knowledge of analytics and reporting
• Ability to oversee and manage multiple parallel projects and delivering quality releases on schedule
• Experience working with IT and digital agencies
• May be called upon to supervise complex projects to completion and other duties as assigned
• Excellent problem solving, project management and communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited college/university
