GLOBAL DIVERSITY AND INCLUSION BOOSTER – SENIOR SPECIALIST – PSD
Our Parts and Service Division is looking for an experienced and hands on Senior Specialist to play a pivotal role in the development and delivery of the Epiroc Road Map and Program to increase diversity metrics within the division through targeted initiatives. You will develop a cross-divisional program definition and lead the collaboration, rollout, analysis and follow up. You will provide a high emphasis on support and company-wide transparency to our teams in our Customer Centers, and at a strategic level with key Epiroc customers.
In this role, your responsibilities will be to:
* Further develop the existing Inclusion and Diversity Road Map for the Epiroc-Parts and Service division and actively work towards the standardization of the Epiroc diversity and the Inclusion process across our entities.
* Promote the integration of the diversity and inclusion process with the Epiroc standard processes across organizations and coordinate cross-divisional collaboration.
* Design and implement an aligned and powerful global communication strategy and ensure that diversity topics are included in appropriate internal and external communication by developing strong internal networks and efficient communication plan with formal and informal channels and in collaboration with our communications department.
* Develop and manage the dashboard and KPIs for diversity and inclusion projects by developing integrated data analysis (Power BI) and key metrics for following up on diversity initiatives and business strategies in HR systems.
* Benchmark external integration and best practices for diversity to find new ways to support developing a diverse and inclusive culture in our organization.
* Collaborate and build networks, both internally, and externally with government and educational institutions, NGOs, etc. to develop innovative ideas and solutions for embedding diversity
* Effectively embed diversity and inclusion practices into every aspect of the talent strategy to enhance the ability to attract, select, retain, and promote a talented and diverse workforce.

Experience and requirements
* Fluent written and spoken English, additional languages a plus
* Demonstrated experience working in Organizational Development
* High level experience in Diversity Management, 5yrs or more
* Humanist Academic Training will be advantageous; Masters degree will be a plus
* Project and Change Management development and execution experience
