H&M Global E-commerce Supply Chain team is now looking for a Business Analyst within Supply Chain to take on this exciting challenge. Are you the one?
Job Description
Your main focus will be to work with order orchestration - analyzing and setting strategies of how to utilize several nodes in our warehouse network by using the order orchestration capability. This will allow us improve customer experience by optimizing lead-time and availability in a cost-efficient and sustainable way.
Key focuses:
Support our sales regions and enable them to succeed in the area of order orchestration
Do analysis in order to identify potentials and risks in our supply chain setup and set action plans for how to reach our vision including finding new ways to create value and drive growth within supply chain
Making supply chain related data insights more accessible, understandable and usable by using data visualization tools
Securing cross-functional collaboration to drive the agenda within supply chain for H&M’s e-commerce. Business Tech and logistics will be key stakeholders

This role is part of the Global E-commerce Supply Chain team. We are a team of six and a mix of Business Analysts and Business Experts.
Qualifications
To be a successful Business Analyst we believe that you have:
Proven analytical experience solving complex problems using big data volumes and multiple data sources including having a strong analytical reasoning with the curiosity and ability to think outside the box
Strong technical analytical skills and knowledge - SQL experience and knowledge are a must Experience from Phyton, R and Alteryx is highly valued
Experience from data visualization tools (Power BI)
Experience from working with supply chain
You are a flexible team player enjoying cross-functional teamwork where you develop solutions creating the most value for our customers and to our business
Have a self-going personality with a strong sense of responsibility and drive
Fluency in English is required – Swedish is not mandatory
Beneficial to have worked with order orchestration and/or marketplace
