About the role:
We look for a Global E-Commerce Visual Merchandiser for the Kids Business Unit with the responsibility to create an inspiring, relevant & convenient digital shopping experience. Each business unit is responsible for creating the customer offer & experience for their customer group. We co-create and learn through cross-functional teamwork. We create impact by close collaboration with teams within regions, global sales functions, assortment, marketing agency, Photostudio, BusinessTech and others. We also collaborate across Business Units to secure a customer centric approach in everything we do. Your goal is to create the best customer offer & shopping experience for the Kids customer. You will contribute to making progress towards our vision: Be the natural choice of fashion for every parent and every child – by taking our responsibility for future generations.
Key Responsibilities:
Set, drive & implement short- & long-term strategies to increase sales through an improved digital customer experience
Set, drive & implement the global customer offer through strategic commercial planning
Set, drive & implement the global site execution strategy
Identify and drive business opportunities within E-Commerce visual merchandising
Communicate strategies & plans, follow-ups & results with relevant stakeholders
Be an informal leader and represent the digital channel for our customer group with all stakeholders

A passion for digital experiences with a proven track record from driving strong results in E-Commerce
You have a strong interest in style and fashion
Are a team player with proven strong communication skills and an agile and flexible approach

The position is a 12 month parental leave cover. It is a full-time position. You will become part of the Kidswear Business Unit and report directly to the Head of E-commerce and work in a close cross functional collaboration with other functions.
