Junior IT Business Analyst – Business to Business Portal Solutions – Europe
For our Business Area Europe the Commercial IT Solutions team is looking for a Junior IT Business Analyst to support the today’s Business to Business (B2B) activities for our Finished Goods business. You will have the responsibility to support our actual process & functional landscape and also participate in the transformation of the today’s B2B solutions into our future European Process & Application landscape. Our overall target is to provide seamless and satisfying solutions for our external Retailer Business Partners in Europe.
To succeed in this role you need to have a good understanding of the Online Sales Business (Retailer and/or Consumer) and plus strong IT skills (front end and back end processes) based on own experiences.
Main responsibilities & skills:
Discuss and document new or adjusted business requirements with our central and local internal business stakeholders
Define IT and/or process solution proposals to achieve to the best possible extend the business expectations
Coordinate and support the execution of the agreed solution during the develop and test phases to guarantee a working technical … in our IT production environments
Finally document the solution put in place to make this available in our Knowledge database
Proactively take care about day-to-day issues and bugs to make sure that the applications and integrations are working reliably
Actively collaborate with internal IT colleagues and external IT partners
Proactive engagement and willingness to learn new areas
Expected professional requirements
A bachelor/master degree within business administration, economics, or computer science
Good interpersonal skills to build relationships with internal stakeholders
Comfortable in dealing with many stakeholders from different backgrounds (cross-functional IT and cross-functional Business partners)
Ability to manage multiple tasks with changing priorities
Preferably good knowledge in Microsoft tools like Office 365 and/or SQL to run data analysis
Excellent communication and presentation skill
Fluent in English, both written and spoken
It is a plus if you have:
Online Sales Business and IT experiences to support our external partners (e.g. Sales and Service Retailer)
Knowledge of SAP ECC and here specially in the area of Order-to-Cash (order management, delivery processes, invoicing)
