Here’s what you would do:
As a Global Engineering PMO Lead, you will be driving the development and performance of the total Engineering project portfolio.
The role is reporting to Global Engineering PMO Manager and is placed in Landskrona.
As a Global Engineering PMO Lead you’ll mostly be focusing on:
Creating transparency across project portfolio to surface and resolve systemic issues, manage interdependencies across projects and portfolios, and provide guidance and structure for project managers.
Besides overseeing the Engineering project portfolio, the role is also responsible to develop and maintain the way of working for Engineering projects globally, together with regional Engineering PMO Directors.
More in detail, the role is resposible for:
- Ensuring the successful development of projects, on time and within budget, supporting the Engineering project portfolio management
- Driving Engineering PMO process and facilitate meetings, maintaining Engineering PMO templates and dashboards
- Securing transparency across project portfolio to surface and resolve systemic issues, communicating project scope, expectations, success criteria and progress against milestones to regional/local Engineering Directors and/or project managers and other stakeholders, on a regular basis
- With the support of the Oatly Project Management system; responsible for collecting, compiling, and reporting on project and portfolio progress dashboards - in accordance with corresponding meeting cadence
- Support escalation of issues with great impact on the business and/or other strategical functions outside Engineering scope
- Creating a collaborative atmosphere in the Engineering project portfolio structure
- Follow up on stage gate process and progress, training Engineering steerco members
- Be part of the last phase of the implementation and project roll-out of the Oatly Project Management system (Planview), acting as a Expert user to the Engineering organization.

Here’s the kind of experience, qualities, and approach that
we’re looking for in the role:
Senior Engineering Project Management experience within Food/Pharma/other regulated industries, with understanding of critical path scheduling and supervision of it.
Experience of driving and delivering Engineering project portfolio
Experience of leading cross-functional and cross-company teams.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Structured with demonstrated knowledge of how to measure success in quantitative as well as qualitative terms.
Self-motivated and willing to take initiatives to secure success.
Natural approach to stakeholder engagement, supporting and coaching in leading the way forward, gaining trust and providing clarity
Comfortable with ambiguity with a track record to secure the process of building something lasting from the ground up.
Experience with clear and concise communication of project metrics, utilizing MS Office, and project management tools such as MS Project and Planview
Fluency in English both verbally and in writing is a prerequisite.
Master of Science or equivalent.
