Description


The Management System, Environment & Safety team is responsible for the multisite certificate for ISO 9001(Quality) / 14001( Environment )and 18001 ( Health and Safety ). We are implementing the standards, doing training and plan and conduct audits.

We are responsible for the functionality and the development of the Management System for Processing systems, a global tool for our 15 organisations. This includes development, training and support to the local super users.

The work will be conducted in cooperation with environmental contacts and super users in our production sites and Business Units (BU), and will involve auditing according to standards, driving improvements activities, networking and training.

Main Tasks
-Drive the environmental activities globally for our production centers.
-Secure global compliance with mainly the ISO 14001 standard, including planning and conducting audits.
-Secure legal compliance towards Swedish environmental legislation and following up permits and control programs for site Lund. This includes control and approve chemicals for the local production centre in Lund
-Minimise our impact on the environment by improving our processes and our way of working.
-Consolidate processes, routines and reporting results




Qualifications


We are looking for a person who is good at communicating with people on all levels. Cross boarder interactions comes natural to you as well as taking the lead and motivating people within your area of expertise.

You are result oriented and you work in a structured and organised way. You combine an analytical and proactive mindset with the ability to drive implementations throughout the organisations.

You have a good understanding of the environmental legislation and the ISO standard for 14001. You need knowledge of most common chemicals used in manufacturing industry.

You have proven experience working with audits and possess good technical understanding. You have a strong interest in developing business tools, mainly within the IT-area. You have a BSc in environmental engineering. You are fluent in both Swedish and English, both verbal and written.
