Global ERP Implementation Owner

We are looking for a Global ERP Implementation Owner for PES Business Unit (BU) in Valmet’s Services Business Line. The primary responsibilities include being the BU’s representative towards global stakeholders and the global ERP roll out project (Leap Forward) organization. In addition, you will have responsibility for daily support to business unit management in activities associated to business planning, marketing, and quality.
The position is temporary and planned to the end of 2024.
Your location will be Gothenburg, Karlstad, Sundsvall, Järvenpää or Tampere.
Are you the candidate we are looking for?
Your main tasks and focus areas are:
Being the bridge between Area and BU organizations to secure that the ERP implementation follows the best practices for the BU.
Ensure unified, global way of working following global processes (templates) descriptions for the ERP system and associated IT systems.
Identify and understand the changes and effectively conducts change management prior, during and following global rollouts.
Plan, prepare and execute trainings.
Support the business unit management in additional activities associated to business planning, marketing, and quality.
Create and maintain the global network of Leap Forward specialists within own expertise area and utilizes the network as needed.

Who are you?
To be successful in this position, you will need:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in related field or equivalent work life experience.
Fast understanding of business models and how they are implemented in daily business.
Ambition to deliver results in a matrix, in multi-cultural international environments.
Good organizational skills and business acumen.
Ability to work well under pressure and help keep others positive and motivated.
Effective written and oral communication skills in English is must, Swedish and/or Finnish speaking a plus.
Willingness and ability to travel on an international basis.

Furthermore, if you have experience from Lean and continuous improvement, and have experience from the pulp and energy business is an advantage. Also, experience of leading change management in organizations implementing IT applications; ERP, Supply Chain, CRM or similar, is a plus.
