Responsibilities

Your responsibility will be to lead all aspects of getting the new system solutions in place as well as lead and coordinate other key projects and initiatives. The overall purposes of these initiatives are to improve effectiveness and efficiency in the processes, systems, people and organizations for users globally. You will work closely with the business owners, operations, IT, quality and other supporting functions as well as senior management.

Among your responsibilities

Continue the project of evaluating and finding the best possible ERP/CRM system and ensure an efficient and effective implementation projectLead the implementation from different legacy CRM/ERP environments to global CRM/ERP solution to be fit for future growth and to gain operational efficiencySet-up tools and processes to manage other global projects to optimize the companies support systemsDrive and support projects and change initiativesFind possible ways for further improvements through e.g. process changes, simplifications, automation, systems integrations, knowledge enhancements, re-organizations etc.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have the ability to influence at all levels. You are a good listener and communicator and you have the dedication to solve problems. You have a business focus and always works proactively to identify risks and opportunities in the projects. You also have the capability to build credibility, trust, and relationships to work with your stakeholders. You are used to set your own agenda and make sure to reach set goals.
