Job Summary
Plant Automation & Centre of Expertise, Capability Organization within PS&E Automation & Solutions are responsible to develop and drive the development and deployment of Plant Automation Capability, WCM and Standards for our Automation & Digital Regions and business streams. Our role is to proactively support our automation organization worldwide to deliver A&D solutions to customers more efficiently, with world class capabilities and quality.
You now have a chance to be a member of the team as Global Expert Industrial Cybersecurity and drive development of OT Cybersecurity across A&D Regions and business streams in close collaboration with Global IM Security, D&T, Packaging and Services.
The position is permanent and preferably based in Lund, Sweden, but other Tetra Pak locations within CET time zone proximity could be considered. Some travel, approx. 10% is expected to support our global organisation.
What you will do
As our Global Expert Industrial Cybersecurity you will be part of a team with global experts. In this senior role you have the possibility to combine your coaching, strategic and technical skills. You will also learn more about the full value chain in automation from an idea to customer deliveries and how to prepare our global organization for world-class automation deliveries.

You will focus on
Drive development and deployment of Tetra Pak standards and technologies related to Industrial Cybersecurity area globally.
Ensure that Tetra Pak A&D implementation and support organizations have the right level of knowledge and competence of OT Cybersecurity standards (e.g. IEC62443) by providing best practice and coaching.
Drive development and deployment of system engineering standards (procedures, guidelines, templates) and tools, continuously improve processes, procedures, standards, and tools together with associated training material and deliver training to end users on OT Cybersecurity
Lead PS&E OT Cybersecurity Global network.
Represent Tetra Pak on relevant competence subject matter, e.g. external audits, customers, suppliers or external entities/authorities, conferences, universities.
Create and drive internal Tetra Pak OT Cybersecurity networks and benchmarks including maturity assessments in order to facilitate capability development within engineering organisations.

We believe that you are a proven expert with a coaching & strategic mindset, good people & organizational understanding and keen to drive the Industrial Cybersecurity area within automation & digital in a global context.
You have strong people management skills and a drive to co-operate with others to drive for results. To build and maintain successful relations with stakeholders comes natural to you and you like to succeed together with the team. Probably you have a background within the automation & cybersecurity area with a university degree in IT/Cybersecurity
We vale a strong and proven informal authority as well as a natural seniority. You keep yourself hyperaware of the external environment and effective and efficient ways of working.
To be successful in this position you have minimum 5 -10 years of proven experience from the Industrial Cybersecurity area. Certification in the ICE 62443 standard is seen as a merit. You also have recognised skills from automation & industrial IT with a strong profile in networks and hardware. Furthermore, experiences working with people & organisations on a global perspective is preferred.
As person you are eager to coach, support and help to build our current and future automation organisation, more efficient and with consistent quality in a global view.
You are fluent in English, verbally as well as in written language. Other languages are considered as a merit.
