Job Summary
Inside Tetra Pak D&T Automation & Digital the HW Platform development team is responsible for two main areas:
Maintain Technical Corporate Standards in Electrical Design Category and ensure legal compliance for Tetra Pak Group.
Design, documentation, and validation of the electrical platform for Tetra Pak´s packaging equipment to ensure compliant and competitive solutions.

We are looking for a Global Expert – Electrical Design, who will lead the electrical design capability are for Tetra Pak Group.
The position is permanent and located in Lund, Sweden, but you will work in a global arena. Some travelling is required.
What you will do
In this position, you will lead the Electrical Design capability area for the Tetra Pak Group, by scout and develop way of working, create and maintain our corporate standards and guidelines. As a Global Expert in Electrical design, you will also support the organisation in technical challenges in a stimulating and creative work environment to develop Tetra Pak’s future products.
You will focus on
Lead the capability area Electrical Design within Tetra Pak Group
Develop and implement future business need in our design tools.
Develop, manage and execute the capability road map
Manage and collaborate in global networks
Scout and benchmark future methodologies and tools and adopt new ways of working

We believe you have
You have working experience from equipment development in a module product architecture. Your background is within electrical engineering including functional safety, electrical documentation for circuit diagrams, electrical cabinet layout, etc. You have deep knowledge in the EPLAN platform including EPLAN Engineering Configuration and relation to a PDM backbone.
We are looking for a self-driven professional with great networking skills and the ability to influence and motivating his/her environment. Your strong communication skills combined with your interpersonal skills enable you to easily interact cross functional on all levels. You have excellent English skills both verbally and written as well as very good skills in Microsoft tools.
