Inside Tetra Pak D&T Automation & Digital the HW Platform development team is responsible for two main areas:
Maintain Technical Corporate Standards in Electrical Design Category and ensure legal compliance for Tetra Pak Group.
Design, documentation, and validation of the electrical platform for Tetra Pak´s packaging equipment to ensure compliant and competitive solutions.

What you will do
In this position, you will lead Electrical Safety & Energy Efficiency capability area for the Tetra Pak Group, by monitoring standards and regulations, scout and develop way of working, create and maintain corporate standards and guidelines. As a Global Expert in Electrical Safety & Energy Efficiency you will also support the organisation in technical challenges in a stimulating and creative work environment to develop Tetra Pak’s future products.
You will focus on:
Lead the capability area Electrical Safety & Energy Efficiency within Tetra Pak
Develop and implement future business need in the Electrical Safety & Energy Efficiency capability area
Develop, manage and execute the capability road map
Manage and collaborate in global networks
Scout and benchmark new/existing methodologies and tools and adopt new ways of working
Develop and maintain Tetra Pak´s corporate standards and guidelines related to Electrical Safety

This position will be located to Lund, but you will work in a global arena. Some travelling is required.
Who you are
We would appreciate experience from equipment development. Your background is within electrical engineering for machinery including functional safety, electrical documentation, and knowledge in Electrical Standards.
We are looking for a self-driven professional with great networking skills and the ability to influence and motivating his/hers environment. Your strong communication skills combined with your interpersonal skills enable you to easily interact cross functional on all levels. You have excellent English skills both verbally and written as well as very good skills in Microsoft tools.
