The Projects, Automation & Engineering Office (PAEO) within Tetra Pak Processing Solutions & Equipment has responsibility for driving efficiency and effectiveness in our plant and equipment sales business. We offer continuous development of technical solutions from a functional approach as well as driving the improvement of the way we work. The knowledge is distributed globally via different networks and tools to Sales, Project Management, Process design and Automation.
This is a position where you will have the opportunity to influence the way we do customer projects globally. With us, you will be working with highly experienced colleagues both in the team and across the globe.
Main responsibilities:
• Drive Functional/ Reusable Design Strategy and Capability globally and ensure that the PSE organization have the right level of knowledge and competence.
• Create and drive networks and benchmarks including performing maturity assessments in order to facilitate capability development within the engineering organization
• Drive execution and standardization of Global processes, tools, applications, guidelines and templates related to Functional/ Reusable design
• Drive Continuous Improvement activities
• Support engineering teams in clusters and BU’s in Functional/ Reusable design methods and tools
You may have a background as experienced Engineer with the wish to broaden yourself; or you are a Project/ Line Manager who like to focus on technical matters and engineering strategy.
The position is based in Lund, Sweden and travelling for about 15% of the time will be required.
Qualifications:
To be successful in this role you need to be a committed person with strong personal drive. You are a self-motivated, pedagogic communicator and presenter who can easily adapt and learn new things. Furthermore, you are good at collaborating with others and you possess a high level of integrity and trust.
We believe you have a University degree within engineering or equivalent. You have 10-15 years of experience from working in an engineering environment with either Process Flow design or Automation design and engineering. Understanding of Functional Design tool SkyNet and knowledge in the Reusable Design portfolio is a merit. A very good command of English, both written and oral is required.
