Product Life Cycle process, PLC, is supporting the Tetra Pak ambition to becoming the undisputed quality leader within our industry.

As Global Expert and tool owner you will be responsible for driving and coordinating continuous improvement of all tools used in PLC process, with special focus on Quality and Technical Issue Management process (QTIM).

You will be involved in translating user needs into requirements for supporting tools, driving simplification and tool integration. You will also be supporting implementation of changes and benefit realisation after implementation.

Your primary focus will be to work with stakeholders in all parts of Tetra Pak by improving productivity throughout the organisation and to secure maximum business value of IT developments.

In this role, based in Lund or Modena, you will be part of the PLC Global Process team and report directly to the PLC Global Process Manager.


Main responsibilities

-Support business stakeholders and the PLC team in translating user needs into tool requirements driving simplification
-Participate in or manage business transformation projects and continuous improvement initiatives addressing tool and process gaps
-Manage and coordinate the overall PLC continuous improvement budget
-Help the business to apply the PLC and QTIM processes at a detailed level


Qualifications

As a team member in a global environment, we believe that you will need strong analytical, communicational and inter-personal skills to meet our expectations. You hold a relevant university degree.

Process orientation, service attitude and focus on results will also be essential to the success of this position as well as the ability to place priority and structure to work related matters.

This role requires good knowledge or experience of working with quality processes in a service or manufacturing environment.

You possess excellent knowledge of business processes; especially PLC and QTIM. Experience of QuTI-P, BO or other tools used will be an advantage.

The work will involve international contact so it is essential that you are fluent in English and have strong communication skills both verbal and written.

The position is based in Lund or Modena and includes travelling, approx 10%.
