Global Field Service Manager Heat Exchangers

About the job:
Global Service Operations is a team that is supporting our sales and service organization around the globe to improve the customers experience with us. In this position you will work with our Global Field Service Manager Separation, Business Units and with Sales Companies around the globe to assess and analyze the current situation and to support them to further develop and professionalize our Field Service organizations working with Heat Exchangers.
You are placed in Europe preferably close to our Headquarter in Lund, Sweden and you will report to Jens Pulczynski, Head of Global Service Operations.
Your main tasks:
As a Global Field Service Manager Heat Exchangers, you will be responsible for capability and safety in our Field Service organizations. You will continuously improve our processes, equipment & tools and define, implement and follow up on our strategy to become “The Heat Transfer Service Company”. This includes working with partners and working digital and smart. Furthermore, you drive competence development together with our competence Manager and our Business Units and you create a strong customer focused culture.
Who are you?
To succeed in this this role, we see that you are a service and customer minded person with several years of experience of industrial service and have a university degree in engineering or maintenance. We expect that you have been working with change management and working digitally as well as managing field service organizations would be valued.
You have a good level of business understanding, commercial drive and analytical experience.
You should have a natural capacity for networking and a social capability to make good connections within and throughout the Alfa Laval organization. You are structured and can enjoy a high variety of tasks in a rapidly changing and growing work environment.
The role will require international travel (40-60 days per year) and the work includes many international contacts. You should be able to use English as a working language, spoken and written, fluently.
