About the job

We are looking for a strong leader to our Marine Field Service team within the Business Unit Marine Separation and Heat transfer (MSH). We want to further develop our Field Services capabilities.

The main purpose is to drive our field service transformation (including International Marine Service - IMS) and create excellent customer experience. This is mainly done by ensuring customer satisfaction in service execution by having Service Engineers (FSEs and ISEs) and/or service providers with the right competence & attitude at the right place and at the right cost, providing them and their hosting Sales Companies (SCs) with the proper support.

Travelling might be required for this position to visit other locations and hubs around the world.

Key tasks:
* Plan and secure the needed resources for the field service operations
* Drive development of field service staff and IMS desk support, coach sales companies and IMS in implementation of processes and way of working
* Central Revenue (IMS invoicing) and Cost center responsibility
* Develop (or to be involved in the development) and implement processes and guidelines for efficient field service operations
* Support proactive service offering initiatives and follow-up with their implementation in SCs and IMS
* Closely work with Global Marine Field Service Manager -BU MSH (direct manager) to implement the planned MSH scope with IMS and follow the transformation journey timeline.

Who you are

As a person you are a positive, cooperative networker and have good communication skills with a dialogue seeking approach. You are structured, self-driven and show attitude & motivation to get satisfied Customers and SCs.

What you know

It is important to have a previous field service exposure and field service management experience as well as Marine products knowledge.

You should be mastering English language and preferably, you are holder of an Engineering degree.

You have worked for at least a couple of years as a people manager, and it will be an advantage if you are used to working with stakeholders who are based at different locations/countries.
