Global Finance Process Specialist

Key responsibilities
As Global Finance Process Specialist you will be responsible for converting business requirements into process design supporting the Global Process Owners and finance operations in the harmonization and standardization of finance processes across the Group. You will be responsible for developing the processes and delivering them to finance operations, who is responsible for deploying the processes. Furthermore, you will:
• Ensure that the process with information/data specifications and tools is understood and applied by practitioners, enforce process adherence
• Convert business requirements into process design
• Drive process development projects
• Ensure that defined process measurements are applied
• Identify and document improvement opportunities
• Document and update changes in the design of the processes

Requirements
• Solid understanding and knowledge of finance processes and process development including extensive professional expertise in one or several finance processes such as O2C, P2P, R2R, Taxation
• SAP competence in the FI/CO model and general understanding of how the SAP system works
• University degree in Finance, Accounting or equivalent
• Technical experience from process design
• Fluent in English

Additional information
Location: Europe, in one of SKF’s major sites. Local contract. We will not be providing with relocation packages.


This role will include some travelling.


The position holder will report to Erwin Uebleis, Head of Finance Process & Competence Development.
