What you´ll do
We are looking for you who will lead the Fleet & Business Operations for Polestar to ensure the best customer interaction with the brand on a Global level. You will develop and manage key customer and leasing partner process and system touch points.
This role will be part of the Polestar Global Fleet & Business department and will be based at Polestar HQ, Gothenburg. This position will report into the Global Head of Fleet & Business.
Examples of tasks are:
Drive the development of a digital Fleet & Business customer journey including the various different channels, systems and reporting requirements
Management of Polestar internal fleets including Company Cars from a central perspective
Responsibility and performance management of related fleet & Business service partners to drive future growth, brand adoption and leading system integration
Work closely with Polestar HQ colleagues and departments to ensure Fleet & Business requirements are considered in system and process improvement planning
Ownership of the Fleet and Business related CRM database for Polestar
Responsibility of contractual and framework agreements, including tender requests, on a Global level including database management
Support central and market teams on experiential activities, including the utilization of all Fleet & Business demonstrators
Develop and manage the Fleet sales channel analysis & reporting in-conjunction with Global Sales Planning & Reporting team
Who you are
We think that you are a person with an own personal drive and determination to develop the Polestar offering to customer. You are an analytical thinker with a clear view on systematic processes and you have deep understanding of tender and framework agreement management. In this role we think it’s important with at least 3+ years’ experience in Sales operations and with an understanding of the Fleet industry being an advantage.
Other important skills for this role:
Cross functional knowledge and the ability to lead multiple level projects involving internal & external stakeholders
Understanding of information systems and database operations
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Fluent in English, further language(s) an advantage
