Global HC Operations Business Design & Architect Senior Manager

Working as part of the network HC Operations CoE within the Global HC team, the successful individual will use their excellent project management skills and Workday (WD) experience to drive the delivery and outcomes of some of our significant strategic change projects as we continue to realise the benefits of our WD investment. Critical to their success will be building and leveraging strong, effective relationships with our stakeholders in territories and across the wider Global HC community.
Demonstrating knowledge and proven record of success in:
Leading complex projects to demonstrable outcomes which bring value to the business;
Delivering change in a Workday environment;
Managing stakeholders with confidence, sensitivity and care;
Analysing different needs and interests and solutioning accordingly;
Building and managing communities of interest in an effective, value driven way



Prefered education level
Bachelor's degree
Prince 2 or equivalent
Proficient in the use of Workday (including HRM)



Prefered experience
3 to 5 years’ experience of project management lifecycle, preferably in a global environment and/or a Workday environment
