Global Head of Brand and Sustainability PR to global company

Are you a dynamic and passionate communications professional ready to lead brand and sustainability communications on a global stage? Right now, our customer, a global company within automotive industry, is seeking a Maternity Replacement to join the Global PR & Communications team. In this pivotal role, you will report directly to the Global Head of Communications & PR and play a critical part in shaping the assignment´s sustainability and brand narrative.

About the role
In the role of Global Head of Brand & Sustainability PR, you have a leadership position within the company´s communications and PR department and are responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive communication strategy that supports the organization´s goals and objectives. This role encompasses a wide range of tasks. The role of Global Head of Communications & PR is challenging and often involves balancing multiple projects and priorities simultaneously. It is a key position to ensure that the company maintains a positive and effective communication with both internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities:
• Lead the development and execution of their brand and sustainability communications strategy.
• Work closely with the Global Head of Communications & PR to drive global messaging and narrative.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of communications efforts.
• Provide strategic and operational support to their 27 markets, fostering a global mindset.
• Oversee key communication initiatives, including media relations, content creation, and public engagement.
• In this assignment it is important with sustainability, transparency, and innovation.

About you
• Previous work experience in PR.
• Passion for and experience of working with sustainability and a commitment to promoting transparency and equal rights.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Proven experience in strategic communications, brand management, or sustainability communications.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to drive global initiatives and collaborate effectively.
• Global mindset and willingness to work across diverse markets.
• Previous experience in the automotive industry is a plus.
