Global Head of HR to BICO Group

We are looking for a Global Head of HR to play a pivotal role in shaping and executing our global human resources strategy at BICO Group. Reporting to the newly appointed CEO and President and being part of our Executive Management Team, you will lead a dedicated team of HR professionals globally, mainly in Europe and U.S., ensuring our international workforce aligns seamlessly with BICO´s mission, values, and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

You will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive HR strategy that harmonizes practices across diverse regions and that ensures a business-oriented HR organization. Moreover, you will:

• Lead and nurture and a high-performing global HR team.
• Cultivate a positive company culture and foster employee engagement.
• Ensure our recruitment and talent processes are instrumental in attracting and retaining the best talent globally.
• Making sure compensation and benefits are aligned globally, are competitive and in support of our long-term strategy.
• Create and drive performance management initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws locally and globally.
• Spearhead HR-related change management efforts during mergers, acquisitions, or organizational restructuring.
• Promote and own sustainability initiatives and foster diversity and inclusion.

Qualifications:

We expect you to have vast experience from executive HR-roles, preferably within medtech, pharma or tech in a fast-paced global growth context. You navigate seamlessly within the whole width of the HR-area and have ability to act both as a strategic visionary and to be operational when needed. You are a skilled communicator, an experienced leader and create a climate of accountability where people are motivated to do their best with passion and a growth mindset. You are not afraid of change or transformation, rather you see it as a fundamental part of a healthy ambitious business. Last but not least you stand strong and proud in your profession, driving HR as a key business-component, while being pragmatic and highly responsive to the needs of the business.
