All about the role:
For more than one hundred years now, we’ve been working at the forefront of shaping living for the better, developing products that meet people’s demands in terms of taste, care and wellbeing. But as consumer needs and wants continue to evolve, we have even more work to do. Within the IT & Digital organization, you will be working with the global Infrastructure & Operations team, leading and becoming involved with a variety of projects and collaborating across areas to deliver outstanding consumer experiences.
What you'll do:
As our new Global Head of Infrastructure & Operations, you will develop, lead and direct the global Infrastructure & Operations team on a day-to-day basis, promoting collaborative and productive relationships with key stakeholders, with regards to their current and future technology needs as well as delivering to agreed timelines and budgets. The role is responsible for, but not limited to, Active Directory, Application and systems monitoring, Firewall management, High Performance Computing, Datacenter management, Network solutions and service delivery of those services across the Enterprise. You will strive to be recognized for your people leadership skills, growing talent, innovation, operational excellence, and efficiency in the delivery of solutions and services. In detail, you will:
· Be accountable for delivering common IT solutions and the corresponding services globally across the Enterprise
· Be a credible talking partner with key stakeholders both across IT and business to translate business strategy to IT roadmap and actions
· Lead and manage a global team to drive continuously value, operational excellence and efficiencies while ensuring proper communications and governance for those common solutions
· Assume full budget responsibility for all Infrastructure Operations related activities
· Review and approve project deliverables and functions in project Steering Groups
· Actively secure delivery from on/offshore third party IT providers and work closely with key technology partners and leverage their capabilities to maximize the value add.
Who you are:
· 10+ years senior management experience, with proven record of business and people leadership in a multi-cultural and matrix environment
· Strong business acumen and a working knowledge of Infrastructure Operations and Technology functions and processes
· Ability to identify synergies and opportunities across the IT landscape for the benefit of the function
· Broad understanding and experience within IT
· Proven record of developing IT portfolio governance in close cooperation with key stakeholders
· Previous experience managing third party resources and services in an on/offshore model
· Experience of identifying, structuring and implementing IT solutions
· Advanced English.
Where you'll be:
You will be based in Stockholm, Sweden in a modern office setting in our multinational and diverse HQ. Travel may be required occasionally.
