Lead a global diversified team present in all three regions, Europe, China and US, fully explore the potential and utilize the resources and competence globally.
Adapt and drive the team and oneself for transformation in new mindset, new way of working, tools, process etc.
Being mature, inspiring and encouraging for the teams in the challenges of transformation.

What you need to succeed

Strong and abundant experience in creating and maintaining partnerships with supply base, and cost management.
Strong organizational savvy, and strong networking and collaborating capability to drive for strategy alignment and remove barriers for execution for the teams.
+10 years of procurement experience, preferably in multinational OEMs.
Great experience in working in Asian and Chinese market, Chinese language is a plus.
Technical and industrial background is a plus.
Proven track record in leading procurement team in transformation.
