Job Description
As a Global Head of Sales (Omni) you are responsible for developing and executing our strategy to drive profitable growth in all channels. You optimize and manage all sales channels both from a brand and commercial perspective to ensure and enable an outstanding growth and profitability short- and long term. You work closely with several other functions within the brand such as marketing and assortment, as well as the H&M Markets & Regions to ensure cross channel alignment in customer experience, strategy and branding.
You manage, motivate and inspire your teams to reach the sales, growth and brand goals. You report to General Manager and is a key player in the Global Management Team.

In addition to matching the personal profile we also seek the following:
Proven track record as a strong leader, preferably within retail/e-commerce sales.
Extensive experience of driving sales & operations throughout multiple touch points with strong results.
Experience from international and cross-functional collaborations, 360 understanding of the business.
Passion for the customer and business, as well as a curiosity for the world, the customer and the customer's behavior.
Action-oriented and pragmatic: Strong ability to transform plans into actions, constantly hunting for and finding potential and improvements.
Commercial: ability to understand how to drive customer offer, experience, operations to achieve outstanding sales & profit.
Experience from driving OMNI sales is a plus
Additional Information
This is a full-time assignment, starting as soon as possible and will be based in Stockholm. In this role, traveling in some extent is expected. You will report to General Manager H&M Move.
