We're now looking for an acting Global Head of Social Media to join our Marketing team for 15 months, reporting to our Global Head of Marketing. You will lead our Social Media efforts globally, both strategically and operationally, where you have a great opportunity to impact our business, hopefully in a positive way 😉 Become a part of our journey to become the world-leading watches and accessory brand!
THE TASKS YOU WILL OWN
- Lead our Global SoMe team in Stockholm consisting of SoMe Specialist, Content Creator, and occasional intern(s)
- Strategize and plan to reach success on all of our SoMe platforms with extra focus on TikTok and Instagram
- Lead team in maintaining brand image and tone of voice, yet be brave and create a space where we dare to try new things and strive for the yet unknown
- Be a part of the creative process and design engaging content for our social media channels to ensure channel growth
- Lead the strategy for community building on social media.
- Responsible for overseeing the budget and all the UGC content collaborations
- Manage monthly and quarterly social reporting processes to create actionable insights
WHO YOU ARE
Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
Several years of previous experience working in social media marketing, leading Social Media strategies and teams. High proficiency in using social media management tools and analytics platforms.
Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, algorithms, and best practices.
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills, with the ability to craft engaging and compelling copy.
💻 Video & photo editing skills in design tools such as Adobe InDesign, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, or others, are considered a plus.
We are a social media native company. We strongly believe that you have a genuine interest in trends in social media and pop culture. The content created needs to resonate with different target audiences where a great understanding of different target groups is heavily advantageous. We'd also love to see you partake in organic content.
