Who we are

The Sustainability Team is organized within the unit Advanced Technology & Sustainability. We are responsible for shaping the global sustainability strategy and guide its implementation, by focusing on cross-functional alignment and raising the ambition level in line with the decided strategy.
 We are also responsible for strengthening the internal governance and shape messaging towards relevant stakeholders. The sustainability team will now be organized into three sub-teams: Climate Action, Circular Economy and Governance & Responsible Business and the respective heads of the teams report to the Head of sustainability.

Your responsibilities as the Global head of Sustainability will include,

* Lead the definition, development and follow-up of the corporate sustainability strategy
* Secure efficient integration of sustainability matters into key internal processes
* Together with Digital Core, define needed digital solutions
* Secure cross-functional collaboration across all units and regions
* Based on the corporate strategy and together with relevant units, lead the definition of sustainability requirements in car projects
* Build trust for our sustainability efforts in selected stakeholder groups
* Lead ESG rating and reporting, incl the sustainability content in the annual report
Develop the team in line with corporate ambitions and societal developments 

Qualifications
* Demonstrated Industry experience
* Passion for Sustainability and its wider scope
A leader who can inspire and take charge of multiple highly skilled teams
