Are you curious, analytical and talented in data mining and system solutions? This is a flexible and varied role where you get to work as OneHR with colleagues all over the world and empower a digitalized, proactive and atomized way of working!
Your main focus as Global HR Analyst will be to ensure an excellent user experience for Epiroc employees in core HR applications through innovative and flexible system solutions and a rapid, outstanding service and support.
You collaborate Global HR Process and System Specialists to maximize the business performance by being knowledgeable in Big Data, Automation, data mining and/or core global HR system applications. Your duties include, but are not limited to:
* Promoting, developing and role-model the use of globally selected tools, such as PowerBI, SAP SuccessFactor, SNOW and alike.
* Together with Global HR Process and System Specialist, drive digitalization and automation in line with Epiroc’s roadmaps and business strategies.
* Initiate and participate in pilots, sub-projects and business collaborations with the aim to develop or build system solutions and products.
* Create manuals and learning activities to empower organizations proactively to get the most value out of the global HR applications in an efficient way.
* Processing incoming service tickets and acting as 2nd line support to employees and managers, meanwhile capture learning needs and areas of improvement.
* Design, create and be advisable on HR reports, as well as compiling and submitting reports to internal and external stakeholder to meet group and legal requirements.
This position reports to Manager Global Center of Excellence HR.
Your profile
We are looking for a self-propelled and flexible person, comfortable with working out solutions independently, who will take ownership of assigned responsibilities and deliver results in a service-oriented manner.
Apart from enjoying building trust and long-lasting relationships with external and internal stakeholders, you also have excellent communication skills that you feel confident using to explain and teach. You should be motivated by innovation and have a business mindset.
You will need a Bachelor’s degree in an relevant area, such as Human Resources, Business Administration or similar. You have a minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar role and previous project management experience. We expect you to have some knowledge and/or experience of HR processes, as well as working in cloud-based HR systems in a global context. On top, you are proficient in Microsoft O365, Power BI and SharePoint. Fluency in English language, verbal and written, is required.
Location and travel
This position may be placed in Örebro (Sweden) or Prague (Czech Republic), depending on the successful candidate’s current location.
