Job Description:
As an HR Analyst, your main objective will be to work closely with HR Country Services (also known as Local HR) to provide support in explaining the Global Policy, Local Procedure Template, and Exception Process. You will review finalized templates, ensuring their accuracy, and collaborate with stakeholders to make necessary modifications if needed. Additionally, you will analyze exceptions and either escalate them to the Steering Group or align them locally based on their nature. Your role will also involve confirming the finalization and local signing of procedures and exceptions. Furthermore, you will utilize your analytical skills to run analyses on multiple files, matching employee information with respective cars.
Required Skills:
Experience with global scale projects/jobs and understanding of how global requirements should be implemented locally.
Familiarity with governance and exception management.
Proficiency in conducting GAP analysis.
Fluency in English.

Position Details:
Hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week.
Remote Work: This position offers 100% remote work in Europe.
Travel: Limited amount of travel required.
