To our customer, a fast moving fintech company, we are now searching a HRBP to further strengthen the team and the company in their global growth journey.
The mission for the people team is to help the managers to build high-performing teams. By supporting the managers to grow as hiring managers, coaches and business leaders, a strong foundation for growing the company is made and sets the foundation for making it the world's leading player in its field. Being on a growth journey gives the opportunity to run along-side with the teams and managers, not only supporting them with what they ask for, but also taking initiatives on the things you see are missing and want to improve.
The company has come far but is still quite early on their journey. There are currently around 600 employees in 14 + locations/countries. This means that in the People's team they have gathered people who like to work with a wide scope of tasks and stakeholders. Some of the exciting projects they are currently working on are; integrating acquired European start-ups, as well as integrating the company in an American company that recently acquired this Swedish unicorn. There is a robust people roadmap and a strong sense of entrepreneurship in everything they do.
About the position
In this role you will give advice to managers and the organization on how to solve day to day people-related challenges as well as setting structure and developing people strategies with the team. Being in growth makes every day different and you can expect to continuously run into new questions. Using your experience, your business understanding and passion for solving new problems will make you a great adviser to both managers in Sweden, UK, France, Germany, Poland, Italy and Spain.
You will take lead on key HR areas such as leadership development, performance development, engagement and compensation & benefits.
They like data and hope that you do too. By following and analyzing all kinds of people data, for example in the engagement tool Peakon, you will bring insights and be an important part in our ongoing strategy work.
Any suggestions on how the company can do things more efficiently today compared to yesterday is welcomed. New tools or by automatizing processes, please challenge ways of thinking and bring your thoughts on how to improve.
Your profile
? An academic degree, preferably in business or HR
? +5 years’ experience of advising and supporting managers in HR related topics
? Experience from working in an international and fast-growing context
? Deep knowledge within employee lifecycle areas such as on/offboarding, comp&ben, engagement, performance management, employment law and work environment.
? Just as much interest in our business as in people, we are the link and need to understand both worlds to be great partners.
? Fluent in English. Swedish is not a requirement for this role.
Your future team
You will be a part of the HR team and work closely with a team that consists of the HR-Operations department with 5 employees and 4 HRBP’s. Together with the team you will handle all HR related questions and projects in the 13 countries where the company has employees. The HR team is a part of the People team that consists of HR, Talent Acquisition, Office and Corporate IT. You report to the VP People Office & IT.
In the HR team, everyone is prestigeless and supports each other where it’s needed. They work very closely together and solve things together. The team values communication, collaboration and honesty and always helps a colleague in need. They care for each other and have fun together! The company is located centrally in Stockholm. The work policy is remote working 2 days a week and being in the office 3 days a week. From time to time there you might need to travel to different locations in Europe where you support the business.
