Global HR Business Partner – Research & Development, location HRBP Sweden

The Opportunity
Join Hitachi Energy as a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) and play an instrumental role in shaping our people strategies to drive business success. In this dynamic position, you will collaborate with Global Business Unit/Group Functions leaders and HR teams to ensure we have the talent and capabilities needed to achieve our current and future goals. Your expertise will be crucial in developing and coaching business leaders, acting as a change agent, and ensuring the delivery of impactful business results.
How you´ll make an impact
Drives implementation of all HR processes within area of responsibility, Global & Local, including workforce planning, succession planning, performance management, and other processes as applicable. Influences colleagues within the immediate HR network to achieve business targets through business and HR action plans (including country level). The role includes the local operational HRBP responsibility in the hosting country for the same scope (R&D).
Participates in the definition of long-term business objectives for assigned area and defines the strategic HR priorities to support the relevant business strategy on a global basis.
Understands business needs and provides consulting support and advice in applying HR policy and process to achieve long-term objectives. Leverages the HR functional expertise and operational capacity to deliver results through high quality and efficient solutions which meet the needs of the business.
Leads change management initiatives across area of responsibility, supporting leaders, staff and HR colleagues in implementing new initiatives and driving behavioral change.
Ensures compliance with legislation and HR policies, mainly in Common Shared Services and adherence to Occupational Health & Safety and compliance standards in all areas of responsibility.
Ensures that the area of responsibility is properly organized, staffed, skilled and directed. Guides, motivates and develops direct and indirect subordinates within HR policies.

Your background
Your Masters in HR related area with at least 10 years of experience as HRBP from a reputed organization will be an ideal fit
Your experience in HR Shared Services for a Global Company with matrix organization and team leading will be an advantage
Change management and ability to work in the challenging environment
The position requires strategic skills and operational focus. Work requires ability to develop long-term plans and methods to support business to meet its goals via professional leadership and at the same time it requires hands on attitude and ability to follow up that the agreed actions have been implemented in practice

Strong influencing, verbal and written communication skills
Excellent customer orientation and collaboration skills
Labor Law practical knowledge
Fluent English
