Global HR Service Line Specialist

You will be part of the Global Mobility Team in Västerås. The global mobility function supports the management of employee movement across the globe. We achieve this by providing specialist knowledge and expertise to deliver development opportunities, solutions, advice, compliance and risk mitigation to our employees and the business. We support this mission statement at both a country and a regional level, within the Northern Europe Region and across ABB. Global Mobility is part of the HR Center Sweden, located in Västerås. The HR Center provides staff services to all business units within ABB Sweden.

Task:
Support the value creation by integrating, standardizing and sustaining the ABB HR Service Processes throughout Global Business Service organization. Work intensively with the Global Service Line Lead and respective CoE to understand the end-to-end process requirements and ensure that the service delivery is integrated to the process fully.

- Support the own service line within area of functional responsibility in alignment with CoE and global service line.
- Eliminate unnecessary complexity by standardize core processes and eliminate low-value work. Follow global process ownership with clearly defined decision rights.
- Support deployment of common data standards. Extend functionality via self-service. Support the next-generation analytics and reporting according to global guidance.
- Expertise from the shared services to ensure the end-to-end process development activities will cover the global operational aspects in efficient way.
- Communicate process and service specifics to all relevant internal stakeholders together with service line lead
- Support ensuring the consistency among assigned and related HR processes, and compliance with Group and external regulatory requirements.

Requirements:
This position is ideal for a confident individual who has an HR degree and working experience within HR. Good IT skills and the ability to process data to report are important. Proficiency in spoken and written English is required, while knowledge in additional languages is advantageous. You must possess good communication skills and be comfortable working within an international environment and across diverse cultures. You enjoy work that is complex and detailed in nature and have good organizational skills. Thus, you are focused on delivery and possess the ability to work towards tight deadlines.
