Global Surgical HR is looking to recruit a Human Resources Manager on a permanent basis.The position is a member of the boards of Global Marketing as well as Antiseptics and Gloves Business units.
As a HR Manager for Surgical, you will be an active contributor developing global HR strategies, policies and practice.
You will lead HR agenda globally and perform support in general HR-issues to managers and leaders within the area of Gloves, Antiseptics and Global Marketing.Your task is to ensure that professional HR-competence is given and carried out in line with the company's policies and values.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop global HR strategies, policies and practices to attract, retain and develop key resources in line with corporate values.
- Ensure HR related framework, tools and methods are developed in line with the Mölnlycke Manage Human Capital process and linked to current and future business strategies.
- Lead assigned projects according to agreed parts of the Surgical HR & Corporate Master plan.
- Provide leadership training and support to equip managers and leaders with the required competence level
- Develop and empower line managers in their people management functions
- Develop and lead recruitment strategies and support Talent Management & succession planning within area of responsibility.
- Direct C&B to ensure that the company remains competitive while optimizing motivation
Key requirements:
The candidate we are looking for is a business oriented HR professional with proven track record and a genuine tool kit within the HR area.The right candidate has a strong drive and is comfortable with working within a global environment.The candidate has also the ability to be an advisor to senior management as well as having a strong understanding of change management.The right candidate is used to the complexity of a matrix organization and has the ability to lead and provide hands on work in a lean context.
Important characteristics are strong interpersonal and social skill as well as a genuine interest in business and people.
Requirements:
University degree in HR management or equivalent.
Minimum 5 year of HR general work in international environment.
English and preferably Swedish
