HR Business Partner – Service Market Logistics

Service Market Logistics (SML) is a global organization present in more than 30 countries. We ensure the highest possible spare parts availability everywhere in the world for all brands in Volvo Group. We design the service market supply chain up to the dealer’s inventory in terms of material planning and footprint. What we do every day has a direct impact on the satisfaction of Volvo Group customers.


We are in an exciting transformation and digitalisation phase in the logistics area introducing new technologies and competences to improve our performance. As a global HR team, we deliver on the SML strategic priority “Change to Stay Ahead”. We are now looking for a new HR Business Partner (HRBP) to join our team.


How you will contribute


We are seeking an HR professional who is both curious about our journey and wants to contribute to the building of a high-performing organization focused on attracting, motivating, developing and retaining talents. You will be instrumental in ensuring that SML is prepared for current and future HR challenges.


The mission of this role is to advise, challenge and support management teams and individual managers on all HR related issues that drive business growth and contribute to meeting business goals. As the driver and interpreter of the business strategy into the HR agenda, you will lead HR plans and activities and ensure they are delivered in the business.


As HRBP, you work closely with the managers to challenge, coach and support them in day-to-day HR topics as well as provide change management support to the business to accelerate the transformation of our organization. Additionally, you drive talent and people management within the assigned organization, with focus on ensuring succession planning and people development.


Together with your HR colleagues you will also take lead in global topics as well as local Sweden HR activities and collaborate within the HR community within SML and Volvo Group to ensure effective joint delivery of HR services.

Furthermore, we think you have the following skills and experience:
University degree in HR or related fields
Proven experience of successful HR deliveries
Know how to translate and communicate a business strategy into an HR roadmap for a global organization
The ability to work independently and take own initiatives, proactively and are a true team player and demonstrated ability to drive and implement change
Skills in coaching senior leaders as well as a good understanding of interpersonal relations and organizational development
Structured with ability to create trustful relations and to network effectively
You are solution oriented, delivering concrete results that contribute to the success of our function
Curious and future oriented mindset
Solution oriented with a lot of integrity
