Global Human Resources Director As Global Human Resources Director at Biotage you will report directly to our CEO and work very closely with our Senior Staff Team.You will be responsible for the full range of Human Resource offering and associated strategy on a global level whilst delivering the day to day HR-business needs in Uppsala and in EU2 (Germany, Italy, France). Together with the Human Resources Managers in the UK and US you will be responsible for our ?People Agenda?thereby developing and implementing all HR policies and procedures. Key responsibilities are: -Guide the Human Resources function in a commercial environment to create value -Support the business and organizational need by working closely with the managers.-Develop HR strategy and long term goals -Performance Management -Incorporate differing Terms & Conditions and Working Practices of employment -Talent Management, training and development -Compensation & Benefits -Staffing -Guides our workforce through engagement and transparent communication -Employment law The job requires -Written and Oral fluency in Swedish and English -A true generalist ideally with at least 10 years of senior HR experience that can and will make a difference -In depth experience of strategic and operational HR leadership ideally across numerous countries but at least across multi-sites -Experience of excellent working relationships with Trade Unions and 3rd party suppliers -Experience of working in a progressive HR environment -Experience and visibility of best employment and motivational practices -Significant experience of implementing change and cultural transition in organisations -Strong negotiation, meditation, influencing and conflict resolution skills -An ability to modify your behavior and relate to the needs of the differing levels of our workforce We are looking for a person with a proven track record of best in class HR strategy and practices in a progressive organization.This will aid us in moving our business forward and becoming recognised as an employer of choice with a great place to work.
