K2 deliver bespoke, distraction-free and impartial solutions for the full suite of services covering global relocation and assignments. We are now recruiting for the position of a Immigration Consultant to join our global team in Malmö!
K2 serves every location worldwide via our regional mobility management hubs in the United States, UK, Sweden, South Africa, United Arab Emirates, Singapore and Australia. Managing a global network of specialist approved partners.
As an Immigration Consultant you will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day immigration needs of our customers. Attention to detail, fast action, rapid problem-solving, and a customer-first mindset are critical to success in this role.
You are positive, eager to learn and demonstrate a pro-active approach. You enjoy working in a collaborative environment where your problem-solving skills and self-motivating working style, along with your accuracy with details, will help you succeed in this role. As you will be in daily contact with several international colleagues and partners we believe you to have excellent communications skills and an ability to prioritise efficiently.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
Preparation, review and submission of permits
Consular activities such as visas and document handling
Coordination and management of partners and vendors involved in service delivery

Experience and understanding of immigration related matters is regarded an advantage for this position.
