About us & our purpose/vision:
The position will be part of the Global Service and Dealer Development function which supports the markets with various delaer support including our In Store Program.  
For the In Store function, we shall develop and drive a In store program that is aligned with our brand strategy in order to shape a great customer experience In Store.
We shall also drive and support the markets in execution of the In Store program to ensure consistency in how the Husqvarna brand is profiled throughout our physical sales channels.

We are now offering an exciting opportunity to take on the challange of driving our In Store program globally. You will work in a fast paced, dynamic and international environment where you will have contacts throughout our organization. You will have the ability to make a difference and to influence the way our dealers present Husqvarna as a brand, and thereby you will play an important part in the customer experience.
You will have the ability to travel and visit our sales companies as well as dealers and your day to day work will consist of multiple and various tasks, where both your instore skills and creativity as well s your drive and organizations skills are needed.  


Your tasks (main areas/tasks this position covers):
Own and develop the in-store program from a tactical view:
In-store toolbox
Visual merchandizing training program
Responsible for market activation of In Store program
Provide end to end project leadership (from strategy to execution)
Drive insights to develop overall in-store agenda
On-board all regions on in-store agenda
Deliver In store program trainings
Drive constant in-store quality improvement initiatives
Measure and follow up on in-store activation in markets
ROI analysis – proof of concept



Your profile
Key Skills (education, knowledge, experience):
International brand experience
Higher education in Marketing, Business or Visual Merchandizing
Minimum 5 years of working experience in similar role within retail, Visual Merchandizing or dealer profiling
Excellent skills in English, written and spoken
Excellent project managements skills from concept development to final execution



Key capabilities (abilities/behaviors): 
Driven and result oriented 
Passionate about creating a great customer experience
Self going team player with great social skills 
Willingness to travel
Excellent presentation and communication skills



Location for the position: Huskvarna or Stockholm
