What`s in it for you?
The newly established Transformation & Governance role is created to set direction, drive global inbound operations transformation according to department objectives, secure global governance and business development, including cost and performance follow up. The role reports and work closely as a business partner to Head of Global Inbound Logistics Operations.
Our team is planning and operating all Inbound deliveries to the manufacturing plants globally, we drive the business and follow up results. This role will drive our strategic transformation tasks, global alignment and follow up as well as managing smaller projects. There will also be a big portion of line responsibility for certain areas, such as monthly performance reviews, Global process alignment.
What will you do?
You will work both as an integrated part of Global Inbound Logistics Operations and Management team, but also in close cooperation with other stakeholders & functions in the company, building strong network and trust.
The role is also responsible for managing Global Inbound KPI’s, development of KPI’s in close collaboration with regional teams as well as consolidation of Global results and run monthly reviews. Together with the regional teams and other functions you will create needed visualizations to support and develop the business. Share knowledge and data as well as drive changes within the global supply chain community.
Working together with internal and external stakeholders to find the best-in-class standards, tools, processes, and methods.
Through continuous enhancement of digital solutions, together with applying statistical methods to secure and analyze data, you will identify areas of opportunity in the organization. You will drive cross functional and organizational initiatives and collaborations in order to align the processes globally.
Do you fit the profile?
The ideal candidate has a university degree in Logistics and documented experience within supply chain management. Preferably you have been working in automotive industry and in an international environment. You are a self driven individual with capacity of building good relations and trust on all levels, which is a key for the role.
Proven record of senior leadership skills, as transformation lead, project leader or line manager is a strong merit.
A sharp eye for details, both in understanding complex problems, processes as well as numbers is one of your strengths. You have the ability and knowledge to translate the data into clear and condensed presentations, preferably using PowerBI application. Visual and verbal communication is one of your strengths.
You have clear and effective verbal and written communication in English. Making the complex simple is one of your strengths while communicating to different audience, as well as inspiring the partners to react upon presented material. You are passionate about reaching across the table to contextualize identified insights with partners in the organization and other business units.
As a person, you are a self-driven individual with strong analytical and organizational skills and ability to achieve results. It comes natural to you to search for solutions and deliver action-oriented responses to questions.
