Sourcing Process Excellence – Global Indirect Sourcing

Epiroc will further increase the focus on improving the Global Indirect Sourcing organization.
Your mission
As the Sourcing Process Developer within Indirect Sourcing, your Mission will be to be an enabler for the creation of a state of art organization, harmonize, align, develop and implement our processes, tools and best practices of Epiroc. This will be done through close collaboration with colleagues from the Product Companies and main Customer Centers as well as your colleagues in the Global Sourcing team. Together, and collectively, you will help ensure both effectiveness and efficiency in the way we work.
Part of your job is also to supervise and support our value creation tracker and BI tool as well as conduct internal indirect sourcing audits at our main entities.
Your leadership style is firm and goal oriented, and yet motivates, trains, and engages all stakeholders in an enthusiastic way to achieve end-to-end process efficiencies.
Delivering your mission successfully is crucial to achieve our mission as a strategic value-adding business partner.
Your profile
For this position, we require an academic degree and relevant work experience in sourcing. To succeed within this role, we believe you are self-motivated, a proven collaborator, open minded and passionate about building relations. As a person, you are innovative and “dare to think new”. You believe in your own ability to contribute with improvements and are able to make others see the potential of your ideas but you are also motivating and responsive to your colleagues. As our corporate language is English, strong written and verbal communication skills in English is required.
Location and travel
The Global Indirect Sourcing Team with highly skilled and motivated employees is located primarily in Sweden. The role might require travelling to some of our key locations in Sweden and abroad.
